This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed with [FastCorpFiling, LLC] ("FastCorpFiling," "we," "us"). It is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Service Fees vs. State Fees

Your order generally includes two types of charges:

2. Service Fees

2.1 Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we have begun preparing your filing, you are entitled to a full refund of the Service Fees you paid. To cancel, email [support@fastcorpfiling.com] with your order number as soon as possible.

2.2 After Work Begins, Before Submission

Once we have begun preparing your filing but have not yet submitted it to the state or federal agency, you may cancel and receive a partial refund of Service Fees. We may retain a reasonable portion to cover work already performed (typically 25–50%, depending on how far along the work is). State fees we have not yet paid will be refunded in full.

2.3 After Submission to the Agency

Once we have submitted your filing to the state or federal agency, Service Fees are non-refundable because the work has been performed. State fees paid to the agency are not refundable by us β€” they belong to the agency.

2.4 If the Agency Rejects Your Filing

If the state or federal agency rejects your filing for reasons within our control (for example, a clerical error we made when transcribing the information you provided), we will (a) correct and resubmit at no additional Service Fee; or (b) at your option, issue a full refund of Service Fees.

If the agency rejects your filing for reasons not within our control β€” including but not limited to: information you provided that was inaccurate, incomplete, or improper; the chosen business name being unavailable; restricted words requiring approval; or other reasons specific to your situation β€” we will work with you to correct and resubmit. Service Fees are not refundable in these cases, and you may incur additional state fees on resubmission. We will notify you of any additional fees before incurring them.

2.5 Money-Back Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our preparation work for reasons related to errors or omissions on our part, contact us within 30 days of your order. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, including issuing a full Service Fee refund where warranted.

3. State and Government Fees

State filing fees, IRS fees, FinCEN fees, and other government charges are paid directly to the relevant agency on your behalf. Once paid to the agency, these fees cannot be refunded by us. Any refund of government fees, if available, must be sought from the relevant agency directly. We can provide documentation of the payment to assist your request.

4. Annual Reports, Compliance Services, and Recurring Services

For annual report filing, BOI reports, and other compliance services:

We do not currently offer subscription or auto-renewing services. If we offer such services in the future, this policy will be updated.

5. Add-On Services

Expedited and same-day processing fees are non-refundable once your filing is submitted. If you order expedited service and we fail to meet the promised turnaround due to our delay (not state or agency delay), we will refund the expedited add-on fee.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at [support@fastcorpfiling.com] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution and, where determined to be fraudulent or unwarranted, may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [support@fastcorpfiling.com] with your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information.

We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
